    I did actually make a couple of fabulous things! I will be sure to write about them, but as a little preview, I made:

    Rustic Kale, Cabbage, and White Bean Soup (to be served with kielbasa and Parmesan cheese)

    Spicy Squash with Balsamic Glazed Kale, White Beans, and Bacon with Brown Rice and Goat Cheese

    Mexican Marinated Onions

    They all sound delicious – looking forwad to the Mexican recipe…
    I shall mostly be making Nigel’s Moroccan Chicken (again) tonight – have preserved a jar of lemons specifically for this purpose!

    I have a great recipe for Moroccan lamb stew… unfortunately it takes about four hours to make. Let me know how the chicken is!

    I’ve been wanting to make preserved lemons.
